What is included in the Bus Tour ticket?
The ticket includes transportation to and from the tour destination, guided commentary, and access to all scheduled stops.

Where is the pickup point?
The pickup point is at the Cj Koinange in Nairobi. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

How long does the Bus Tour take?
The Bus Tour takes approximately 4 hours, including stops at all major attractions.

Is the tour family-friendly?
Yes, the tour is suitable for all ages. Children under 12 travel free when accompanied by an adult.

Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to make any changes.

What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and plenty of water. Binoculars are also a great idea for wildlife viewing.

Are seats reserved?
Yes, seats are reserved for all passengers. You will receive a seat number with your booking confirmation.

What happens if it rains?
The tour runs in light rain, but may be cancelled in heavy rain or thunderstorms for safety reasons. We will notify you in advance if a tour is cancelled due to weather.

Yes, the tour is perfect for solo travelers. You can join our group tours or book a private tour for yourself.

How do I get my ticket after payment?
After payment, you will receive an email with your e-ticket. Please print it or have it ready on your mobile device for entry.
